  29.  If you can’t tell, this is where there was a long hiatus. I stopped doing Weight Watchers. I stopped weighing in weekly. From now on I will continue to WI weekly, but I will no longer be following WW points.  I might fall back to it at some point, but my completely breaking off from it has shown me once again, that I will stay on for a few months, then “fall off the wagon”.  If I keep trying to eat healthfully, exercise, and be mindful of my eating, I think I will still be able to get fitter, albeit much slower.

TOTAL weight lost so far:  13.8 kg/30 lbs
