Weigh-in went well!
My official weight for the week is noe 83.7 kg/184.1 lbs! This is a shocking 5 kg less than on january 1st. I’m so happy about this – but also very aware that such big losses are unlikely to continue every week. My goal is to lose approxinately 1kg/2 lbs pr week.
I went to an interval spinning class today and for the first time in ages, i actually enjoyed it!
