Day 4

Workout for today done! 4km in 29 minutes on the treadmill in the gym in the basement of my office. I inhaled some tuna and red pepper when i came home (so hungry!) and made some soup with chicken broth, red lentils, veggies, chili and chicken. Am now on the couch, struggling to get warm again – NOT used to this cold! Have a nice evening.
