Probably not the best idea…

Every single article tells me that I’m setting myself up for failure. The whole concept of the New Year’s Resolution is almost synonymous with 2 weeks of clean living, gym-going and detoxing, only to be followed by falling back to old habits.


Tricks to increase the chances that New Year’s Resolutions succeed:

  1. Small goals
  2. Rewards to keep you motivated
  3. Peer Support
  4. Not throwing in the towel if you have setbacks
